The room was clean, but smelled bad. Maybe like wet dogs. And we were on the first floor and guests on the second floor were very noisy. Kids running and stomping for 3-4 hours straight. Very distracting

When we checked in our room was not ready….the AC was being worked on and we were told about an hour. We drove in from out of town. Then for breakfast in the morning, there was no one at the desk to assist in items that were empty. Then while gathering our belongings to,check out, we found roaches in the room. Totally disgusting and service was a major let down
