I liked the layout of the hotel and amenities . I didn't understand the trashliners not being in the trash cans. We as the guests of the hotel had to complete the task for lining the trash cans in our rooms everyday. I found that very strange.

Sean, the front desk guy was very very nice and helpful and whatever he said he did which I really greatly appreciate very attentive to the customer

I was napping in my room shortly after checking in at 3 when a man tried to enter my room. No Knock. No announcement of who they were. I was so AFRAID ! I called downstairs and the front desk was like “oh maybe it was housekeeping “. They showed me no sense of heighten awareness like myself. I put on my shoes went downstairs to the front desk and expressing my concern of some strange person coming in my room. It ended up being housekeeping but why did he need to come in my room after I checked in? I could have been nude showering etc. Needless to say I immediately checked out and went to stay elsewhere I will never stay at this property ever again. They showed me no evidence that they actually were concern about my safety.

Didn’t end up staying and they took my money anyways. That’s not cool and I won’t be using Expedia for any bookings ever again. I loved Expedia and used it for every booking I made but after this..no more!

It seems like it was a nice property at one point that is now run down! The bathroom was not clean and the bed mattress is worn out! It was hot and the people were very loud in the hallway and next door! We got 0 rest!
