🌄 Back Deck – The deck is finished with a full sectional, reclining chairs, and propane Napoleon BBQ. The deck in the back is shaded in the morning which is a perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views. 

🍿 Bunk House – Access the bunk house for entertainment, outdoor movie nights, and additional sleeping space with a double bed.

🔥 Fire Pit – The backyard also features a wood fire pit, perfect for stargazing and evening relaxation.



GARAGE

🚗 Garage access is available during summer months only. Inside garage you will find entertainment space including bar, large 75" TV, stereo, foosball table, couch and chair, and access to outdoor kayaks, scooters, and cornhole. 



WINTER SKI

Ski Fernie Alpine Resort (35 min drive), Kimberley Alpine Resort (70 min drive), Whitefish is a 1 hr, 40 min drive if you want to head into the USA for a day trip.

LOCAL SKATING

Koocanusa Village has an interior lake called Crystal Lake which in the winter months can be skated on - 5 min walk to the lake or drive 2 min

GUEST ACCESS

During the summer months (June 20th opening day, July, August, and September), the Marina Store is open, offering basic amenities, snacks, food, ice cream, boat fuel, and a fully stocked selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

🏖️ Resident-Only Beaches within 10 min walk. Koocanusa Village offers several private beaches with access to both Koocanusa Lake and Crystal Lake. Crystal Lake is a calm, interior lake perfect for non-motorized water activities.

🚤 Private Marina – A marina is available for daily or weekly use with advanced reservations. You can also launch your boat from our private boat launch into Lake Koocanusa. Please reach out to coordinate marina slip bookings.

🚤 Sunshine Marina and Houseboats – Within a 10-minute drive or 20-minute boat ride, you’ll find Sunshine Marina, home to an amazing inflatable park on Lake Koocanusa along with a boat/water sports rentals, and floating restaurant for slushies, ice cream and snacks. They have some amazing Koocanusa attire as well.



LOCAL AREA

⭐ Koocanusa Village is a 30-40 minute drive to Fernie, a 60-minute drive to Cranbrook, and a 75-minute drive to Kimberley. Ski world class hills like Fernie and Kimberly in a short drive. The town of Jaffray is just 20 minutes away and features a great executive-style golf course that’s perfect for families or adults, along with a wonderful restaurant. Jaffray also has a pub and a coffee shop if you’re looking for a change of scenery.
