This home features one lower bedroom with a comfortable full-size bed, providing a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. The upper loft offers two additional full-size beds, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a plush sofa and chairs perfect for curling up with a good book or enjoying a movie on the flat-screen TV. The other tenant tends to stay to himself but has other equipment on the property such as boats, tractors, and or work trailers. Although the home is very private and quiet and is perfect for couples and small families traveling to the area.
As our guest, you will have full access to all areas of the home, including the cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, lower bedroom, stocked bathroom, and upper loft. Additionally, you are welcome to enjoy the outdoor amenities, such as the fire pit, backyard space and barbecue. So gather your friends and family around the fire, or grill up some delicious meals.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, Forks, in general, isnât the most wealthy area so some homes can be an eyesore, although they arenât any trouble. Lake Pleasant is within walking distance and also a nearby grocery/gas station for snacks and or breakfast, there is also a nearby laundry mat.

*Please note that our tiny home Airbnbs have a loft with a ceiling height of only 50 inches, making it impossible to stand up in. The staircase leading up to the loft may not be suitable for elderly individuals. However, the space is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for understanding.

- This home is on a shared piece of property, although the house is set alongside the back of the property, there is a chance of noise from the other rental. The backyard space of the home is still very private and the parking is completely separate. The other tenant does have a dog as well. He is a very friendly German shepherd, he wonât bite but he can bark loudly.
- We love dogs but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)
- Please no pets on the furniture.
- Please make sure to pick up after your pet.
- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft, we hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens.
- Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- Our home is on a septic system, so only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.
- If you plan to use any extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself. We don't want any littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services. We keep our cleaning rates reasonable, so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect. We are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.
