15-Acre Private Forest Retreat - 5BR - 10 Min to Nike & Intel - Ample Parking

Whether you're bringing a multi-generational family together, celebrating a milestone, or housing a team in town for work - Cooper Mountain Cabin gives your group the space, privacy, and comfort to actually settle in.
Guests consistently describe the same moment when they arrive: the road quiets, the trees close in, and the pace of the day slows. One guest said it felt "like a mountain resort, yet only minutes from everything." That's exactly what this place is.

The Setting:
Hidden away on 15 private acres of native Oregon forest, the cabin is fully surrounded by towering Douglas firs - not distant forest views, but immersive canopy-level scenery out of nearly every window. It feels remote. It isn't.

5 min to Cooper Mountain Nature Park
15 min to Nike World Headquarters & Intel
25 min to downtown Portland
36 min to Portland International Airport (PDX)
Easy access to Willamette Valley wineries, the Oregon Coast & Mt. Hood

The Home:
The layout is designed for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other. A generous main living space for gathering to eat and relax, and two lower levels of sleeping space for privacy when you need it. The chef's kitchen anchors this level- granite countertops, stainless appliances, full coffee and tea bar, and everything your group needs to cook real meals together. Then share memories while sitting around the dining table or in the open living room area while watching the game on the 65" TV.
Main lower Level - Primary king suite with ensuite bath and a private balcony surrounded by treetops, Two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two doubles), and a full bathroom.
Lower Level - Two queen bedrooms, TV lounge with foosball table, and laundry -ideal for kids, teens, or anyone who wants their own space.

Gathering spaces: Bright open living room with 65" Roku TV and sound bar, electric fireplace, large dining area, outdoor deck, on the driveway patio enjoy the propane BBQ, and fire pit.

For Families & Multi-Generational Groups:
This is one of the rare properties where everyone finds their place - different generations spread across two levels of sleeping space, with a living room big enough to actually come together in. The fully stocked chef's kitchen means you can cook as a group, and the forest setting keeps everyone entertained with daily deer sightings and nearby trails.
Guests have used the cabin for milestone birthday celebrations, holiday gatherings, graduation weekends, family reunions, and pre- or post-wedding family stays. Many leave saying they want to make it an annual trip.

For Corporate Groups & Work Retreats:
Just 15 minutes from Nike World Headquarters and Intel, Cooper Mountain Cabin is a comfortable, private alternative to hotel blocks for teams attending conferences or corporate events in the Portland area. High-speed mesh Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, private bedrooms, and parking for 6+ vehicles make the logistics simple. Your team gets a real home base - not another generic hotel corridor.

Your Host:
Echo is a local owner with a 5.0 review rating and consistent top-platform recognition for communication, cleanliness, and hospitality. Contactless check-in, responsive support, and thoughtful touches throughout make for a stay that feels genuinely cared for from arrival to checkout.

The home was beautiful! Our stay felt very private, and the kitchen was the most furnished kitchen I’ve seen so far. All the amenities, plus more! Plenty of cookware, bowls, knives, etc. Even a crockpot! Easily a five star stay for us

Family get away!!

When the property description indicates you are tucked away in the forest, make no mistake that’s the case. Drive thru a lovely community, find the “private driveway” sign, follow the road into a proverbial rain forest, including deer about. Round the bend and you are home at your personal treehouse. The “cabin” is nicely appointed, clean and private. Our family of nine loved the space. Kitchen, basement spaces recently updated. Master, second bedrooms updates in the future? Echo was an amazing host, the cabin private, quiet and worlds away (though not really 😌). Magical stay for a family looking to get away, though not too far. Echo, thank you.. Kathy and family

Hidden Gem

Loved what Echo has done with the house. Older houses have so much personality and Echo has really made something out of that. Highly recommended, specially when you're with your friends and family

Hidden and Quiet in the middle of it all

This is a hidden gem in the middle of Beaverton, quiet and private. The cabin is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Extremely impressed with privacy in such a large residential area. I highly recommend this cabin and the hosts. The host were second to none. Don't pass this place up. Will definitely rebook
