This hotel was clean and comfortable with amazing views of the lake. Parking is free and hearty breakfast included. There was some noise from a wedding function ongoing until late but overall good place to stay.

Maybe a search for an alternative

Location is in a quiet village. Dinner was good, service was excellent. Breakfast strange options and no toaster and was declined when asked if bread could be toasted. Service at breakfast no where near the evening g meal. Rooms not the largest and shower needs attention. View is amazing. A little pricey but this is Switzerland

Stated as part of driving route through the numerous passes in the area. Friendly staff, lovely room and very clean. Parking on site was secure. Would definitely stay again.

The only reason for a 4 rating is because there was loud music that played until at least 2am. Not very helpful for people trying to rest up and be up early the next day.

An absolutely amazing location! Parking was great, staff very attentive. The perfect breakfast options. No bar fridge or iron in room - I overlooked that detail, but it is clear in the listing.

Gorgeous views of Lake Lucerne and a wonderful restaurant that we had a great dinner and breakfast. The only negative I have is we stayed there on a very warm night and with no air conditioning the rooms on the top floor were very warm. If we stayed there any other (cooler) night I probably give it a 5 star review.

Very basic room, small, much too hot, like an oven and we couldn't open the windows or we'd get eaten alive by mosquitoes! Breakfast was largely inedible as the meat and cheese were crawling with flies, leaving only bread and jam as a "safe to eat" option. Despite having prepaid for 2 nights we checked out after 1 as it was impossible to sleep in the room for another night.

Excellent overnight stay

Lovely hotel in an idyllic setting by Lake Lucerne. Only a one night stay on our journey from Italy to Uk which was a shame as the hotel is so good. Nice room, views over the lake, comfortable, clean and a lovely breakfast next morning. Good selection of continental breakfast plus scrambled egg or boiled eggs. Coffee machine provided the best cappucino ever. We arrived too late in the evening to use the restaurant but it looked lovely .Reception team are excellent too so friendly & efficient. We will definitely visit again. Good parking too

Good overnight sleep.

Didn't see much of the hotel, but did get a nice evening-drink sitting outside and enjoying the view with the lake and mountains. We had hoped it was possible to stroll a walk along the lake, but we couldn't.
