A nice property which was clean with ample space for storage. A nice room though quite hot without Aircon, though there was a fan. The reception area was spacious with lots of amenities and friendly staff.

Comfortable rooms, but they’ve taken away the kettles so you have to walk down the hallway for a cup of tea from a machine. It’s a nice machine put sometimes you don’t want to leave your room and stand in the queue for a cup of tea

Clean quiet rooms but they’ve taken tea and coffee making facilities out of the room so you have to walk down the corridor and use a machine. Not impressed with that. Otherwise food is good and free use of the excellent gym is always nice

Staying in the area for a wedding. Bed was comfortable, room is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Checked in late but was not an issue. Bar and restaurant hours were limited so we weren’t unable to use.

Coffee machines in the corridors are a winner much easier than messing with a kettle on the room. Hotel is spotless, standard room was a little small for two people. Will be back!

Everything a part from the thing I wanted most ie EV charging was good. However the ability to log on to the E. On app broke me! It also didn't help that there were loads of Tesla charging stations which sometimes have Chargmo options, these of course did not.

I visited the Willows Centre for a work conference. It is a fantastic business venue. High quality and a lovely environment. I stayed a nigh and the room was to a high standard and very quiet. I'd be very happy to visit when not for a work conference. There isn't anything I wasn't extremely happy with.
