Well furnished and convenient property, but the included breakfast is supposed to be delivered to the rooms in the morning and this is unreliable.
Our first night, it was left out at room temperature instead of being placed in the refrigerator so it was not something we could consider safe.
The second night, the manager asked when we wanted breakfast and promised delivery by 7am since that was when we had to leave. The breakfast never arrived.
The breakfast is not the reason for selecting the hotel for me so this was not catestrophic, but it was plenty annoying.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write us. We make every effort to keep our apartments warm and homely. Sorry your breakfast. We upgraded our breakfasts and served them fresh at the comfort time of our guests. We would love to host you again and impress you with our delicious breakfasts.

Apartmenthotel direkt an einer Baustelle
Publié le 22 déc. 2018 sur HotelsDas Hotel liegt direkt an, ja fast in einer Baustelle, von der morgens ein ohrenbetäubender Lärm die Schlafenden weckt. Die Aussicht entspricht jenen auf meinen Fotos.
Das Frühstück wird von einem Lieferdienst gebracht. Es ist zwar gut und frisch, aber es gibt es keine Auswahl. Wärme Getränke muss man sich selber machen.
Das Apartment, das wir bekamen, strahlt nicht annähernd den Glanz aus wie auf den Fotos. Es sauber, aber ziemlich schlicht eingerichtet.
Am Morgen war nur noch der freundliche Mann zugegen, der die Apartments reinigt.

Vielen Dank für die Kritik. Wir freuen uns immer über das Gasterlebnis, um daraus zu lernen und sich zu verbessern. Wir befinden uns in einer Phase der Entwicklung der Gegend, daher gibt es Renovierungsarbeiten in der Nähe. Bald wird alles renoviert und wunderschön :)
