Nice duplex apartment with communal pool and fantastic sea views, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Begur. Costa Brava.

Located 15 minutes by car from the beach of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera.

Capacity for 5 people. Ideal apartment for families. Very quiet area.

At the entrance we find a living-dining room with a semi-open and fully equipped kitchen, access to the terrace with sea views and a toilet. On the first floor are the bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with sea views, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Parking space in the community.

There are stairs to access the apartment.

Television service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.
