The property boasts two accesses: one from the parking space and garage on the upper floor, and another via stairs that descend below the pool to the street below, the latter of which takes you to the beach in the shortest possible distance, guaranteeing you unparalleled convenience!
Our villa offers a majestic entrance that leads you directly to the main floor, where you will find the air-conditioned master bedroom suite with its own bathroom, a spacious living room and the main dining room both with panoramic views of the sea and the Medes Islands and access to a majestic terrace with panoramic sea views. And finally the kitchen with office. The kitchen has a door that leads down to all the terraces of the house and up to the garage.
The outdoor terraces are the perfect setting to enjoy unforgettable moments, with outdoor dining areas and a barbecue for your most special gatherings.
The tower of the house houses a beautiful staircase that connects the two main floors and leads to the solarium at the top.
