The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. On the first floor of the building, there is a small restaurant. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub (the bathroom is not renovated). Living-dining room with access to a pleasant terrace with views, open kitchen to the dining room, completely renovated with new appliances.

Bon emplacement face à la plage

Appartement bien situé face à la plage . Idéal hors saison mais sûrement très bruyant en saison ( restaurants juste en dessous ) Aménagement sommaire , peu de vaisselle .. mais globalement satisfait !

Wir waren 2 Wochen Anfang September vor Ort mit Hund. Traumhafter Ausblick! Sauberstes Wasser, wundervolle Natur. Begur ist ein sehr hübscher Ort! Sehr schade, dass Hunde im Umkreis überall am Strand verboten sind! 7 Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Entsprechende Lautstärke, aber das war zu erwarten.... Ab Mitternacht aber relativ ruhig... Supermarkt in Sa Riera hat leider am 3.September geschlossen, ab da Einkauf nur in Begur möglich. Dazu ist ein Auto erforderlich. Zu Fuß braucht man etwa 50 Minuten, geht gut bergauf!! Die Wohnung selbst ist okay, bis auf die neue Küche sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die Einzelbetten sind unbequem. Konstruktionsbedingt ist das Silikon an der Badewanne schimmelig. Folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge würde ich machen: Erneuerung des Silikons, Anschaffung normaler Messer, (es gibt nur Steakmesser, damit kann man nicht gut Brot schmieren), Anschaffung von ein paar neuen Gläsern und vielleicht ein paar große Tassen. Wir würden wieder kommen!!

Fijn verblijf bijna op het strand

Beter appartement dan verwacht, er was zelfs een vaatwasser die niet bij de omschrijving stond. De bedden waren zeer eenvoudig en wat lastig voor mijn man met rug problemen. De ventilators waren fijn, maar niet voldoende. Een airco is echt een vereiste voor de zomer. Je auto parkeren is lastig en je moet best een einde lopen, maar dit wisten we. Het appartement ligt boven een bar, wat vooral in het weekend tot laat veel lawaai geeft en elke ochtend vroeg/nacht hoor je de containerwagens rijden. We hadden een fijn verblijf, maar zoeken de volgende keer iets rustigers.

Super Lage aber billigste Ausstattung

Die Lage und der Ort waren toll - vor allem der Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht. Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. es gab keinen Fön, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Einfachste und veraltete Ausstattung: Dusche in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, billigste Matratzen, eklige Wolldecken, komisches Geschirr. Nur die Küche war neu, mit geschirrspüler, Induktionsfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Balkonmöbel einfachste Plastikmöbel, keine Sonnenliegen. Keine Mülltonnen im Haus. Der Müll musste penibel getrennt und zu einer öffentlichen Sammelstation gebracht werden. Falls auch nur irgendein Müll in der Wohnung hinterlassen würde , wurde gleich damit gedroht, 300 Euro von der Kreditkarte einzubehalten.

Erg sober appartement maar goeie ligging

Omdat wij Sa Riera al jaren kennen en in veel verschillende sobere appartementen hebben gezeten waren onze verwachtingen naar aanleiding van de foto's en beschrijving wat hoger gespannen. We vermaken ons sowieso altijd goed daar! Heb het verhuurbedrijf in Begur aangegeven wat er verbeterd kan worden zoals: zonnescherm want onmogelijk om einde dag op het terras te zitten in volle zon. Dan was het alleen mogelijk met rolluik naar benden in de woonkamer te zitten, dat is natuurlijk zonde. Men had op ons verzoek al een parasolstang bevestigd aan het balkon zodat die kon worden geplaatst, maar daar heb je helemaal niks aan want die waaide twee avonden toch de lucht in en beschermt slechts een klein stukje terras. Betere stoelen op terras zetten, nu staan er 4 plastic stapeltjes zonder leuningen. Matrassen in voorste slaapkamer verbeteren, want zijn te dun en hard. Dochter had dermate last van haar rug dat ze twee matrassen op elkaar heeft gelegd, toen was het beter. Die kamer is zo warm dat zelfs met 2 ventilatoren het te warm was. Kamer achterkant appt is prima. Ander punt van aandacht vonden we verder dat je pas na 5 uur in het appartement terecht kunt op dag van aankomst en eruit moet om 10 uur 's ochtends. Dat betekent dat je er maar 6 dagen gebruik van kan maken. Dat is wel erg weinig voor het geld dat je betaalt en erg onhandig als je vroeg aankomt en laat vertrekt.

Excellent emplacement et très bon service

Emplacement idéal "les pieds dans l'eau", possiblement très animé l'été ! Appartement très propre et pourvu de tout le nécessaire. La terrasse est très agréable. Très bonne communication avec l'agence, indications claires. Merci.
