For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Private: garden with lawn and trees. Steep motor access. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 800 m, bus stop "Pals" 7 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "platja del racó" 950 m. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
