Hyatt did it right!

Food was great and staff was helpful. Especially Scott (SunHao), he assisted us with booking high speed rail tickets and made the process very convenient. We will be staying again!

YOU PEOPLE HACKED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, I NEVER MADE THIS RESERVATION. EXPEDIA NEVER ALLOWED ME TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM, 4 HOUR WAIT ON THE CALLS I MADE SO I HUNG UP. EXPEDIA YOU ARE CROOKS!!!!!! I HAD TO ORDER NEW CREDIT CARDS

Posted Dec. 29, 2020 on HotelsThe service was wonderful and the staff were polite and attentive. We enjoyed the gym, room service and bar. The only complaint is that the standard king room was small; the mattress itself wasn’t a king bed. Other than that, this is a nice hotel and we would stay again (in a bigger room).
