The staff were very helpful, we arrived early 10am and they were able to give us a room straight away which I thought was excellent service. The property was very clean and tidy and is close to subways and malls. The only negative I could see was it is very outdated.

Extremely helpful staff

When I arrived the front desk staff, particularly Frank was excellent at helping me with an issue I was having. He went out of his way to help me, even calling a few people on my behalf. The hotel location was very convenient, easy walking to two subways and multiple bus lines.

We arrived around midnight and the elevators were turned off, we had to go up by stairs they helped us with some luggage, but the staff were so kind and helpful with a good English at least that is so important here.
