BEDROOMS With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a sitting area. Bedroom #2 offers two full-sized beds, and the third bedroom has a king-sized bed.

When booking your stay at our waterfront home, please be mindful that our idyllic location comes with some potential noise considerations. As we`re situated near both a road and the waterfront, you may experience occasional sounds from passing traffic and the lapping of waves. While the serene natural surroundings make for a picturesque setting, it`s important to manage your expectations regarding noise levels. Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing getaway, but we want to ensure you`re fully informed about the unique environment before making your reservation.
Note: Guest must complete Superhog damage protection screening within 24 hours of booking to have booking finalized. Superhog fees will apply. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled. Booking Agreement & House Rules By completing your reservation, you agree to these House Rules and all applicable Platform policies. Violations may result in cancellation of your reservation, removal from the property, additional charges, and/or involvement of Platform Support.
Zero-Tolerance Party Policy -Parties, events, celebrations, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. -Excessive noise, disturbances to neighbors, or occupancy exceeding the number of registered guests are considered party violations. -Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, cancellation of the reservation, additional cleaning or damage charges, and no refund for unused nights, subject to Platform policies and applicable law.
Reservations, Refunds & Modifications -By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking. -Guests are responsible for obtaining travel insurance if they wish to protect against losses due to illness, injury, death, travel disruptions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. -Refund requests will be handled in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at booking. -One date modification may be approved if requested at least 14 days before check-in and is subject to availability. -Additional approved date modifications require a non-refundable $250 administrative fee.
Check-In & Check-Out -Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. -Early check-in or late check-out requires prior written approval and may incur fees. -Guests may not access the property before check-in or after check-out unless approved by the host. -Door codes activate at check-in and expire at check-out. -Guests must secure all doors and windows when departing. -Forgotten items must be reported within 24 hours of checkout. Guests are responsible for shipping and handling costs.
Parking & Occupancy -A maximum of three (3) vehicles is permitted. -Up to two (2) vehicles may be parked in front of the house. -Any additional approved vehicle must be parked directly in front of the garage across the street. -Vehicles may not be parked in any other area. -The number of occupants must match the reservation. -Unauthorized guests are prohibited and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property. -Booking from guests living within 20 miles or less requires host approval.
Property Rules -Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside or outside the home. -No illegal drugs, illegal activity, weapons, or firearms are permitted on the property. -Quiet hours must be respected at all times. -Urinating anywhere other than designated bathroom facilities is prohibited. -Tampering with locks, security devices, or exterior cameras is prohibited. -Furniture may not be moved without host approval. -Pets are not permitted unless required by law or Platform policy. -Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. -Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or costs resulting from their stay or violation of these House Rules.
Waterfront Rules & Safety -Guests use the waterfront, beach, and surrounding outdoor areas at their own risk. -Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. -Flotation devices may be available for guest use; however, life jackets are not provided. Guests are responsible for providing any safety equipment they require. -Swimming, floating, or recreational water use after 9:00 PM is prohibited. -Oyster, clam, shellfish, and other harvesting activities are prohibited on or from the property. -Outdoor amplified music or loud speakers are prohibited. Outdoor Areas & Neighbor Considerations -Guests must remain within the property boundaries and may not enter neighboring properties. -If contacted by neighbors regarding noise, parking, or other concerns, guests must notify the host immediately. -Guests acknowledge that the home is located near a roadway and waterfront. Traffic noise, water noise, and other environmental sounds may be heard during the stay. Septic System -The property is serviced by a septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed. -Guests are responsible for any damage, repairs, service calls, or additional costs resulting from improper use of the septic system.
Amenities & Supplies -Only amenities listed in the property listing are included with the reservation. -The fireplace is not available for guest use. -Indoor furniture, furnishings, bedding, and linens may not be moved outdoors. -Starter supplies of paper products, toiletries, trash bags, detergent, and propane for the BBQ grill and fire pit are provided. Additional supplies or propane required during the stay are the guest`s responsibility. Wildlife & Environmental Conditions -The property is located in a natural area where wildlife, insects, rodents, and pests may be present. Guests should use caution outdoors and avoid approaching wildlife. -Occasional sightings of wildlife, insects, rodents, or pests are considered a normal environmental condition and do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or reservation cancellations. -Guests use all stairs, walkways, docks, waterfront areas, and other property features at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children and other members of their party.
Liability -Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. -The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, vehicles, or other belongings. -Guests are responsible for their own actions and those of their visitors.
