Good hotel and rooms were quite good. No air conditioning and limited storage especially if you are staying for more than a couple of days. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. University Street itself is a little run down. Ever so slightly out of the centre but handy for Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Botanic Train Station was a good place nearby and we were able to visit Carrickfergus and Titanic from there.

Great hotel and location.

We spent a couple days in Belfast and this hotel is in a great location. New hotel with a lot of amenities, including A/C. Which was needed as we once again visited the UK and it was in the 80’s. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would stay there again!
