Seul le petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le détour.

Cette auberge de jeunesse est un bon point de passage pour tout jeune souhaitant voyager économiquement pour découvrir Belfast. Mais ce bâtiment a beacoup vieilli : les chambres, les salles de bain demandent un brin de rénovation. Point positif : le petit déjeuner traditionnel servi avec la plus grande hospitalité. Attention à la faiblesse du réseau Wifi si vous logez dans les étages les plus élevés. Un prix somme toute raisonnable pour le service et l'éloignement par rapport au centre ville.

The accommodation was not cleaned after the previous occupants had used it. The hotel did not respond to rectify this. Awful, no refund or apology from the hotel or Expedia. Appalling do not stay at an Oyo hotel.

Absolutely nightmare. 1st room was smelling and tv not working. Toilet dirty and stained. Moved to 2nd room , window seal with big black flies and noisy. People banging doors . Got a text message in the morning asking us to stay one extra night for free as compensation and we declined. Who in their normal will even think of spending an extra horrible night there. Not worth it even for free. We asked for deduction for the price and there was no response. . Nothing was worth what we paid for. Bed was uncomfortable and base damaged and dirty. Will never put our feet there even for free.

Very friendly staff, Room is OK for the Hostel standard. Maybe a little bit overpriced (108 pounds for 4 persons per night). Breakfast was good, homemade by the Master of the house

Great stay at Kate’s B&B. My mate brought back a yoke and was able to service her without any drama. Lovely fry the next morning and the cook was a delightful woman who loved a wee bit of cheeky banter and knows how to cook an egg. We had a shower in the corner of the room which is absolute genius especially for the lads who are into voyeurism

Very convenient for centre of Belfast. good clean basic facilities.Helpful friendly resident manager. Booking from Expedia created problems where booking was confirmed on a Saturday by email with non-refundable payment of £67.51.An email on Monday (which I did not see while travelling) said the price should be £70.00. Fortunately the Manager was able to give me another smaller room for the night when we arrived at the property. This is an Expedia Problem which I have experienced before where bookings are found to create problems. I shall remember NEVER to book through Expedia again. I would however stiil book at Kate's.
