Well appointed, but


This property is very clean and spacious; however; the beds are terribly uncomfortable. Most of the mattresses are flattened and hard; or they have a body imprint towards the middle that you sink into during the night. I don’t mind a mattress that is a bit on the firm side, but the two nights we stayed here were tough for sleeping. I would also suggest putting a layout in the description. We had an elderly family member who has trouble with stairs and having to go upstairs for sleep and bath was not good.Overall not a bad place, but please replace the mattresses.

The property is well equipped and presented, in a fantastic central location to visit tourist attractions and close to good nightlife but not too close so your sleep isn't effected. Brain is great host and was quick to respond to messages.

Lovely place to stay in Belfast

Brian was a fantastic host, extremely responsive and accommodating with details and the check in process. The property was immaculately clean- honestly one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. It is a few short blocks to a cool neighborhood with lots of unique restaurants and shops.

Great stay in large comfortable apartment

With three teen/adult boys, this apartment gave everyone their own space to relax after enjoying the sights of Belfast. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby and within walking distance to other key sights. Brian was so responsive and easy to get a hold of. It was also wonderful to have a place to park our rental car and not have to pay to garage it. Absolutely loved Belfast— With a grade vibe and lots to do! Thanks Brian!

Ideal house for a weekend exploring Belfast

House was in a great area just a short distance to the town centre, with shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We were 5 friends on our first vacation to Belfast, which certainly won’t be our last to this beautiful city. Brian was quick to reply and provided lots of information with places to visit. The house met all our requirements and was well equipped with a homely feel.

This is a great location near Queens University, near restaurants and bars and a short 30 minute walk to the Belfast central district. We enjoyed our stay. Brian our host was particularly supportive when some valuables were inadvertently left behind. He made all of the arrangements to return our property which we appreciated very much. Belfast Crew

Was a 4 night stay in Belfast. 9 girls. Did some culture/visits. ( Crumlin Jail, Titanic Museum. Grants Causeway. Great venues to eat / drink. Hilarious time. Great accommodation. Comfy beds, lots space. Fully fitted kitchen. TVs in the rooms. Loved the 3 floors.

Property is ideally situated for local pubs and city centre. It was great for 7 adults but could easily sleep adults and children. We visited Belfast to visit local attractions. The host was very accommodating and the property was well stocked with all the essentials. We were able to arrange a grocery delivery.

Had a great time in Belfast. Location was perfect and the accommodations were clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. The gate to come in and out with the car could get a little frustrating but it was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family stay

My sister and I brought our husbands and kids to Ireland for a visit with family. A perfect house for a large group. Rooms were clean, lots of space. A nice find in Belfast

The property is easy to find, quite spacious, and within walking distance (2-25 minutes) from pubs, downtown or train station. We had 7 adults and it was very comfortable. It is on 3 levels, but it was no issue and we enjoyed the stay for the three nights in Belfast.

The Property was a good place to stay, but getting into the place is complicated. You need a code to get in the gate and another to get the key. When we arrived, we did not have the correct one for either. Had to call owner to get info. No problems after that.

Cool place in a nice neighborhood close to the university. Lots of room for our group. Had all the amenities we needed. Host Brian was easy and quick to communicate with. Location was great. Very nice bakery close by, little grocery store close by and transit was easy to catch. Would 100% stay again if ever in Belfast again.

Great Apartment in a Great Neighborhood

Great apartment in Queens College area of Belfast, a short 10 minute walk to Queens College, with lots of restaurants, nightlife, and grocery stores. Apartment was just what we needed for two adult couples visiting Belfast for the first time. Brian was a great host, with clear check in instructions, and stayed in contact with us to make sure we got in ok, and if we had any questions. Thank you Brian for a great stay!

Weekend in Belfast

We were a group of 7 friends spending a long weekend in Belfast and the house was ideal for our needs. Communication with Brian was excellent too, which made the whole process easier. We didn't have any issues during our stay. The location was great. It was a short and easy walk to restaurants, shops and pubs. The centre of town also only about a 20 minute flat walk. The bedrooms are good sizes and we found the beds comfortable. Plenty of mirrors too which we have found lacking in some places on our previous trips. We really appreciated the inclusion of the bathroom supplies, hair dryers and there were plenty of towels as well. Having some kitchen basics was helpful too, such as tea and coffee. We did find the house quite noisy, in terms of creaking floor boards and plumbing, so that might be something you want to bear in mind. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend the house to others based on our experience.
