Fantastic city centre location. Room was sizeable, including kitchenette with microwave, oven, fridge. Having fresh milk in the fridge included was a nice touch. Given normal price of city centre rooms in Belfast, it is excellent value for money.

Very original hotel, had a room with kitchen facilities, lots of room. hotel is in a great area to walk to pubs, shopping and attractions. Wonderful friendly staff!

Location was great, room needed a little tlc paint work is pretty bashed. Room was unbearably hot or noisy with the aircon…. Sheets smelt weird like they’d been burnt. You check in and out on an iPad so there’s little interaction with staff.

The property is located very close to the grand central, has friendly helpful staff, and has rooms with full kitchens which makes staying here a treat. I'm going to stay here again when i'm able to visit Belfast again.

Check- in/reception was awesome! Room well appointed, only issue in Britain is no face cloths or Kleenex. Oh, and horrible, scratchy toilet paper. Room was clean on service, but dusty in corners and small stains on comforter. Could not get heater/ air conditioner right. Never figured out how to get streaming, so minimal channels (2). Room was spacious and had great view. Free (shared) laundry was a plus! Would stay again and bring my own toilet and facial tissue.
