The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 110 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 and 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4 and 5: queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the terrace
- Bedroom 6 and 7: queen-size bed (160×200)

- Bathroom with bath and washing machine
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 10×4m private swimming pool secured by an electric shutter. The pool is heated in April, May, October, and November, making it ideal for enjoying it to the fullest during the off-season. However, it is not heated from June to September or from December to March.
- A 40 m² covered terrace with barbecue and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful private garden of 600 m², enclosed by vegetation.

The house is ideally located in Belgodère, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (maximum 7 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest port: L'Île-Rousse, about 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Calvi, approx. 35 km; Bastia, approx. 65 km.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
