There is absolutely nothing boutique about this place (at least in room 101). There was no hot water for the shower, or towels. Everything was very worn out, and there was mould in the bathroom. I would probably complain less if the hotel didnt call itself boutique. I only stayed for one night luckily, so didnt need the shower desperately It gets two stars for - the price, location, and good wifi. For £17 a night you get what you pay for, but ive stayed in far better for the same price, ive been around!

This place ain’t clean, majority of the time if you need the receptionists he is never there. he Only gave us One Key and said “Don’t lose it because I don’t have another one”. there was a wardrobe in my room where they keep all the bedsheets. I opened to get an extra one and found a rubbish bag hidden inside behind pillows and duvet also I found a tampon in the bathroom. I don’t recommend this place

If you like to pay for your room and arrive to a sketchy location just to get the info they are fully booked and can put 0 effort into refunding you . Then continue with your reservation so you can later have fun going back and forth with Expedia for your refund

A strange set up. When checking in I had to telephone a number displayed on entrance door and was connected to someone who said they would arrive on 5 minutes. The staff member was quite rude. Room was warm and clean apart from some mould in corner of shower tray. Small wrapped bar of soap and 3 sachets of shower gel in bathroom. Room was not serviced during my 4 night stay nor did I see any staff around during my stay. The facilities advertised do not seem to exist. I think this is a classic case of you get what you pay for - if the price is cheap don’t expect much

This hotel is not a serious hotel, usikf old, outdatet photos to lure costumers with non-existibg saunas and jacuzzis. Probably The place have not been cleaned for ages. Can only imagine what goes on in these rooms. But real crime here lies at the feet of Hotels.com for not living up to their presumed standard by recompensing us after this outright scary experience. Yet they show their true colors as a faceless, greedy megacorp with little to no intention of taking the costumers seriously if our interests do not align 100% with those of the shareholders.
