The room was ok but the bed did not have a mattress protector and the duvet was ripped. Overall cleanliness was ok but the closet shelves were filthy and one side could not be used. Poor facilities (especially given the misrepresentation in our booking details which said it had a microwave, dishwasher etc). There were no ladles or basic appt like a toaster, microwave or even scissors. This room is ok for a one night stay but nothing longer if you need to cook or even reheat food. Also the only way to cool the room is to open the windows to a very loud street which means you don’t get any sleep till it calms down at around 3 a.m
