Designed intentionally for group privacy and seamless shared living, the home features a flexible layout that effortlessly accommodates up to 8 guests:

Main Level: In addition to the kitchen and living room there is a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed city (3 sets of bunk beds). Off of bunk bed city is the large bathroom with laundry. There is also a bathroom off of the kitchen.

Upper Level: Upstairs there is a queen bedroom with a half bath. There is a secondary lofted media den with a futon and a reading lounge.

Private Docking: Seamless access to the water for swimming, fishing, or securing a boat rental from the local marina.

Without a doubt, one of the best properties we’ve stayed at as a family. Between the location & amenities with plenty of room to spread out, it exceeded every expectation.We were in town for a baseball tournament, but our stay at Palmer Pines turned the trip into a summer highlight and a core memory for our family.The home was perfect for our large family. The layout was incredibly functional, the beds and linens were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The owners truly thought of everything. We spent our days fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding and playing endless games of ping pong, foosball, basketball, then relaxing on the huge covered porch. There was genuinely something for everyone, the entire space felt warm, welcoming and easy to enjoy. We’re so grateful we found this hidden gem and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Palmer Pines to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
