A FEW NOTES:

This is a townhome, so one wall is shared with our adjacent unit.

The garage is currently reserved for host storage and not available for guest use.

Many guests appreciate being just 5 minutes from the Bozeman Airport—but please note that this also means you may hear planes flying overhead from time to time. They do fly relatively low over the area. We previously lived in this home ourselves and didn’t find the noise disruptive, but we do provide earplugs for light sleepers or those sensitive to sound.

I take pride in offering a clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared space so you feel truly at home from the moment you arrive. Come settle in, make memories, and enjoy everything the Bozeman area has to offer!

Central area for Fly Fishing

We had 4 guys on a fly fishing trip and were looking for a centerally located VRBO that would sleep 4 men comfortably. This VRBO checked every box. We have stayed in several VRBO over the years and this one was one of the top as for as well equipped kitchen, cleanliness and amenities provided. This property was wonderful it worked out well for my family it had everything we needed. Very comfortable and having a nice backyard was great especially having good weather we were able to be outside enjoying it. I would stay here again.

So wonderful! They thought of everything!

We had a short, two night stay in Belgrade on our way to Yellowstone. Our family of five stayed in this duplex and were so thankful for all of the extra things that were available for us to use - foil, ziploc bags, earplugs, toothbrushes. These hosts have gone above and beyond to make sure their guests have everything they need or might have forgotten. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever to be in the area. Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the property!

We stayed 3 nights and there were 4 adults and a 9 year old. Very comfortable and clean. We were thrilled to find an iron as we were attending a wedding and of course cloths were a bit wrinkled after packing. Very nice enclosed back yard where we spent most evenings. I highly recommend this property!!
