The kids loved the downstairs with bunk room and their own living room, kayaks, and paddle boards. We loved being so close to the water. We enjoyed the waterfalls hike and the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Great trip!

Great Lake getaway

This property is so cute on the inside. It was clean and had everything we needed! We rented the boat and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards too. The neighbors have several bird feeders so we got to enjoy the many birds flying around.

An amazing location on the lake

We loved our stay at this clean and roomy home. Communication was excellent and we had give this 5 stars all around. We had a fun boat ride. We enjoyed the balcony playing board games and enjoying the weather. It was a perfect place to hang out and spend time with our family.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista. The house was nicely furnished, with a large grassy yard. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was set up to have a great vacation. Mountain biking station and parking in the basement. Hot tub and lake toys available at the dock. Flat level walk to the dock which is rare in Bella Vista lakes.

Great Family Time

Our out of state family was in for our grandson’s high school graduation, and this was an amazing experience. Everyone had plenty of space and beautiful views of the lake. We really enjoyed the boat and our host was very friendly, accommodating and very quick to communicate throughout the trip. Definitely worth checking out if you have plans to visit the area.
