The house was fantastic. Everything was very clean and lovely. House was even better in person than in the pictures. Lots of amenities but we were only there for 2 nights while picking up family members from NWA and then moving on, so we did not get to use much of anything. Would love to come back and stay. Looked like the hosts thought of everything to make a stay comfortable.

Very clean, new, all the kitchen necessities. But the room next to the mechanical room has noise when the ac is in use.l, and 10 am check out is bit too early!!!

Everything was fabulous. The house is modern, the kitchen functional, the beds comfortable, large washer/dryer, with detergent, and everything was clean. Our host was always available to help. He guided me through setting up the garage door app on my phone and recommended restaurants and bike riding areas. We spent a week at this fantastic rental as our hub for all of the nearby mountain biking and local entertainment.

Easter Get Away

The property was all it is said it would be and more! Every room and space was meticulously designed for warmth & charm. The kitchen was appointed with everything needed for full meal prep (even a full spice rack) to a glorious table setting. The property and landscaping was peaceful, while offering opportunity to watch bikers on the trails around us. Bikers have every accommodation, from racks to repair stand and table, to personal recovery after the ride.
