The living area leads out to a balcony. On the same level, there is a room with a dressing room and a French bed (160 cm) along with a satellite TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a small dining table. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the garden.
