This modern apartment is three minutes walking distance to the beach,10 minutes walking to the village surrounded with restaurants,supermarkets and local artigianal souvenir shops for your shopping.
The port to catch a speed boat to visit the famous DEER ISLAND is only 5minutes walking distance.

You have access in the garage and the Laundry to do your own washing and ironing in the ground floor of the Building.
