Week in Bellefontaine

The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is about a 10 minute drive from Bellefontaine up some steep and winding roads but this means there are some fine views to be had. Unfortunately, throughout our stay the weather was wet and windy which is perhaps a feature of the location. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable visit to the northern half of Martinique.

Beautiful and peaceful

Me, my boyfriend and our 6 month old baby shared our villa with my step parents for a week and had a great time! The house was perfect. The host actually swithched villas for us to make sure we had AC. The welcome on the first day was great, and so was the follow up. I recommend this place for anybody that want peace and privacy.

Die Villa bietet einen traumhaften Blick uns bietet alles, was fĂŒr einenAufenthalt notwendig ist. Aufgrund der Berglage (450m Höhe) sind die NĂ€chte nicht ganz so heiß. Der Kontakt des vermieters und mit Clare ist sehr Freundlich und außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank!Auch wenn die Anfahrt vom Ort zum Haus jedes Mal ein kleines Abenteuer ist, wĂŒrden wir am liebsten sofort wieder kommen. Wir haben die Abgschiedenheit und Ruhe sehr genossen.

Magnifique Villa en montagne

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa (4 adultes et 1 bébé). La communication a été facile avec les hÎtes sympathiques. L'endroit est calme, en pleine montagne. La vue est magnifique. Tout les essentiels de cuisine sont inclus. Nous avons eu accÚs a une chaise haute et un lit pour notre bébé. Nous avons été agreablement surpris, la villa est plus grande que ce que laisse croire les photos. La piscine est aussi bien appréciée. Seul point négatif, aucun service n'est accessible à pied, il faut prendre la voiture dans une route de montagne. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa!

Hoch auf dem Berg

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem gemĂŒtlichen Haus. Wir haben uns dort wohlgefĂŒhlt. Der Pool erlaubt nachmittags eine zeitweilige Erfrischung. Es ist viel PrivatsphĂ€re gegeben. Es kann schonmal windig sein, dafĂŒr hatten wir so gut wie gar keine Probleme mit MĂŒcken oder anderen lĂ€stigen Insekten. Die Fahrt von Bellefontaine zum Haus ist steil und kurvig. Von Bellefontaine ist es nach St. Pierre und Fort-de-France nicht sehr weit. Um auf die andere Seite der Insel zu kommen sollte man eine Stunde einrechnen. FĂŒr uns faszinierend war St. Pierre und Mont Pelee mit all seiner Geschichte. StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. FĂŒr die hellen SandstrĂ€nde im SĂŒden braucht man etwa eine Stunde Fahrtzeit.

Environnement magnifique et trĂšs reposant

SĂ©jour d’une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer et la campagne environnante depuis la terrasse et la piscine. L’accueil Ă  l’arrivĂ©e est impeccable et les mets offerts sont les bienvenus quand on arrive en soirĂ©e. La maison possĂšde tout le confort nĂ©cessaire pour profiter au mieux d’un sĂ©jour tranquille, sans aucun vis Ă  vis , avec comme seul bruit celui de la nature. À recommander.

La Martinique d’une autre façon!

Nous voulions dĂ©couvrir le secteur Nord-Ouest de La Martinique. Nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© déçu. Bel emplacement, vue magnifique sur la campagne, la mer, les montagnes...Nous y avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine. Endroit stratĂ©gique prĂšs de certaines activitĂ©s trĂšs intĂ©ressantes. Marche sur le canal Beauregard, visite du magnifique jardin de Balata, visite du zoo de la Martinique Ă  l’habitation Latouche, visite de la distillerie Depaz, l’ascension du Mont PelĂ© et d’autres belles randonnĂ©es pĂ©destres Ă  la Trace des JĂ©suites.
