This property was centrally located for the places we wanted to see in Arizona. It was an hour from the Grand Canyon, Sadona, and Sunset Crater. It was about 2 hours from Antelope Canyon. The house was in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was perfect for what we needed. If you needed just you time there is actually 2 living rooms. One upstair and one down. The backyard was nice and private.We had absolutely no problems when we stayed there. Management was prompt when I had a question. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

A great house for a family vacation but could be better

Things we liked about this house: * plenty of room for everyone in the family * the open kitchen/dining room/ living room design made it easier to have conversations while cooking * near the Interstate - easy to go places but no traffic noise at night * garage available for parking - we pulled the rental car into the garage when snow was predicted overnight Things that could be improved: * instructions regarding trash or recycling - didn't find the trash can and recycle bin until the end of our second day there - they are not visible from inside the house - no information on what is accepted for recycling - had to contact manager to find out when to put trash and recycling out - trash bin and recycle bins were filled with previous occupants' trash * cookware and appliances in the kitchen - blender was missing a piece, however manager replaced the same day - electric wok didn't work even after trying multiple plugs - most pots and pans did not have lids that fit * clothes storage - closets are very large, but only a handful of coat hangers were provided for each room so not enough to hang most clothing - no alternative clothes storage like a dresser in rooms - suggest putting in shelving in closets for clothes storage, providing additional coat hangers, or adding dressers to the rooms

Home away from home

The Hidalgo family went above and beyond. Not only was their property clean, comfortable, accessible, and practical, it was truly a home away from home experience. Their attention to detail made it even better. Bonus points for adding holiday decor, which made our Christmas experience sweet and memorable. Located between Flagstaff and Williams, allowed us to go to places without feeling like we had to travel far. We were also about 40min away from the snow bowl-easy drive! We can't thank them enough for opening this house to make families feel welcomed and at ease. I would give it more stars if I could.
