Welcome to our cozy, updated farmhouse on 58 acres of land just east of Belleville. Our riverfront property has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and tons of amenities. We`re just a short drive away from all the attractions in Prince Edward County.

You`ll enter across our own bridge and continue up the road to the house on the hill, from there the space is yours.



The front lawn leads you down to the river and on site kayaks will get you into the Bay of Quinte during the spring and summer months. The backyard is completely private, with little light pollution, so please enjoy the stars and calm of nature. Sit back, spark a fire, tell a few tales and enjoy a beverage or two.

Review

No way luxury. Better described as a cottage. No air conditioning on second floor. They told us to keep the windows closed and run fans. This was not acceptable and very uncomfortable. The entire place was run down and needs a refesh (painting and repairs). The BBQ was old and rusty and dirty and not well cared for but we had to use it anyway. The patio was overrun with weeds. We could not find the iron and texted the host who said he would bring one, but Did Not. They advertise access to the bay but it was a pest infested weedy creek that was inaccesible and would not allow access anywhere. Overall, not worth the money charged. Would not go back!

Nice country location for our golf trip

Very welcoming home. Great place for a group of us to stay for a golf trip. Within 15 minutes from 3 great courses. The house was very nice and the massage chair was a nice addition. There was a faint septic smell in the mornings that was a little concerning. The host was contacted and was very quick to answer the whole booking process. I imagine they will look into that as they were very accommodating with all other requests. I would certainly stay here again.

Family Weekend Stay

This was last minute due to the power outage at another property due to the storm.They were very quick to reply to all my questions. We had a great time, beds comfortable, lots of space as per advertised. Only negative was the cleaning...bathroom on main floor walls dirty, cobwebs, stains in carpet, bugs on the floor, dirty dish in stove, used filter in coffee machine, used rasir in bathroom, however it was booked very last min. Also no wash cloths and hand towels in some bathrooms.Again not something that would stop us from booking again but sharing why we rated cleanig the way we did.nto reply and pro

Beautiful Farm House

A very inviting farm house with a warm feel. The communication with the host was some of the best I have had - thanks Tyler. Home is clean, well stocked Kitchen, nice seating area. Bedrooms were plentiful. I would say a few of the beds were soft (I prefer firm beds - personal preference) but overall I would highly recommend this for a family stay.
