Disappointing!!! I had to change rooms. The toilet was absolutely disgusting, it didn’t look like it was cleaned in an very long time and the cleaning of the room wasn’t much better, coffee stains were on the wall in the bathroom, counters were dirty. The next room wasn’t much better other than the toilet was much better. Walls must be super thin as during moving into the other room, the neighbor came out complaining of the noise, he said to stop banging on the walls, which of course I didn’t. The sheets and the bed were great! It was also disappointing that the whirlpool was out of service. Last Expedia hotel we booked a week earlier had the gym was out of service. Filters on amenities should show up when not currently available. This facility needs EV charging as most other similar and greater star hotels have it. It’s a filter that we would check off if Expedia had it.

Have stayed twice and the coffee pot didn't work in either room.

Very dirty, not vacuumed, urine on side of toilet

The first room was absolutely filthy. The bed was made but there was piles of dirt on the carpet and the toilet had urine on the seat and the inside of the bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I would have left and gone to a different hotel but it was late and I was exhausted. The second room was slightly less disgusting but needs a deep clean.
