The Pines Cabin at Green Frog Farm
Experience rural West Tennessee in an original log cabin on a berry farm. The home is part of Green Frog Farm Cabins, a settlement of restored historic buildings. With one queen bed downstairs, a full-size bed with a small twin bed in the open sleep loft upstairs, the space accommodates up to 5 people. A full kitchen with dining area overlooks a blueberry field and pond. One downstairs bathroom is shared by all guests. Relax in the quiet charm of a slower pace of life. Reconnect with history without the distractions of internet or television.
The cabin has central air & heat, fireplace, porches and outdoor grill. It's near a pond and catch & release fishing is allowed. It's located two miles from West TN Safari Park.
A free self-guided tour of the historic grounds of Green Frog Farm is included with your stay.
The cabin is on a country road near highway 412 approximately 12 miles northwest of Jackson, TN.
Our stay in Bells was to visit our son, his wife and our granddaughter. This place was so much more than we expected!
The cabin was perfect, the grounds were breath taking, and the hosts were friendly and thoughtful. The cinnamon rolls they left for us were so yummy!
We loved everything about it.
The only negative was the highway sounds, but that would not stop us from going again!
Thanks so much for a fantastic weekend!
Green Frog Village was a great place to rest and enjoy visiting friends and family. My 87 year old mom was entertained by all your log cabins and antiques. Hosts could not have been more accommodating. Privacy to visit pond side by the fire pit or swing and rock on the wrap around porch was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The fireplace was so cozy. Overall we loved our 10 day stay in the Pines cabin!
Just like the pictures! Wonderful convenient location to visit Brownsville. Drank coffee in the morning and watched the cotton picking across the street. Built a fire in the pit. No TV, played cards in the evening. Viewed the remainder of the property. So appreciative to have had the opportunity to step back in time.
Such a great alternative to hotel chains.
Ours was just a stopover stay for one night. The property was clean and exactly as described. We had to track down the owner to let us in because there were no instructions, but she came immediately and gave us a key. We walked around all of the buildings and got a history lesson. Our stay was relaxing and fun.
Charming, restored lob cabin! We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay here. Very relaxing. Enjoyed exploring the grounds and picking blueberries was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend!
Beautiful surroundings. If you like country living-clean air, rocking chairs and swing on a big porch, peaceful pond with flowers, geese and old house stuff you will enjoy this property. The hosts are kind and pleasantâinteresting lives.
We were welcomed by the sweetest lady, who told me this house is restored from around 1870!!! Itâs a great place for a family or someone whoâs interested in history. The property is basically a big historic village, thereâs a church, a blacksmith shop, an old barn and a cute little pond to go fishing⊠and more! Iâd rate this 10 stars if I could.
We stayed here overnight while traveling. I was sorry it was just for 1 night. This cabin was so cool to stay in and the grounds were awesome to explore. This is an excellent place to stay for a fun family experience or a quiet getaway. Will definitely be back.
We absolutely loved staying at this cabin! It was perfect for the two of us ! Nice little kitchen, itâs so quiet inside and it was just so nice to have time to ourselves. We loved walking the property . Itâs beautiful
The cabin was just lovely. It was beautifully decorated. The views from the cabin were peaceful and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week away from the world. The owner stopped by on day one and gave us freshly made preserves from the berries growing on the property. There were plenty of towels, plates, glasses, utensils, etc.
We couldn't have asked for a nicer and more relaxing week away.
