Spring Lake is an upscale, vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a boardwalk. House is on the last block in Belmar bordering Spring Lake, in a nice, quiet family area and close to all of the Summer attractions.

The house is closer to the Spring Lake beach than many rentals in Spring Lake. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to 6 Flags Great Adventure. Walking distance to oceanfront restaurants and shops in Belmar.

* Beautiful lake views from every room and patio.
* Living room 24 feet X 14 feet with fireplace.

* Very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with no group rentals.
* Only six houses to the ocean. Walk to Belmar & Spring Lake Beaches.
* Off street parking for at least three cars.
* Great for families with small children. We will provide a high chair and two Pack and Play portable cribs if requested.
* We also provide a two seater wagon and beach chairs for the beach.
* NO Groups, No Smoking, or Pets please. We will only rent to families or groups of families.

*****There is a small backhouse on the property that is rented on a year round basis. Everything is geared to the front house. The front house gets the driveway and patio area.*****

Everything about our experience was great, beginning with the first communication. Heidi is extremely accessible, responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the house and felt very much at home. The entire place was sparkling clean. The living room is spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating. We used the kitchen for most meals and it is updated and well-equipped. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. There are also plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels, including beach towels. There is lots of outdoor space, which is a big plus. The front of the house has seating and a yard, and the back has a large fenced-in area, with a yard and a big patio. The location is great, just a few short blocks to the beach. We especially appreciated the beach locker with chairs and an umbrella. It’s a great place and I definitely recommend it!

Great time, great place!

Property was perfect for anyone with young children! We took our just-turned two-year old grandson with us to Belmar for a beach vacation. The property was just a block from the beach, easily walkable for tiny legs (plus they had a wagon available to use to schlep towels, toys, a cooler, or kids if necessary). The house provided towels, an umbrella, and also had a locker at the beach so we didn't have to drag everything home after every trip to the beach. Lots of helpful child items (high chair, baby gate for stairs, bed rail to prevent kids from rolling off of bed, and many children's videos.) Large bedrooms with plenty of room and comfy beds, the kitchen had all we needed in terms of pots/pans/dishes, there is a huge walk-in shower upstairs, a lovely seating area with a nice grill in the back yard for barbeques, a comfortable living area, a washing machine and dryer in the basement, and it is decorated nicely. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, family-oriented, quiet beach. So nice to be able to hit the beach after breakfast, come home for lunch and nap time, then return in the afternoon for more fun in the sand and surf. Wonderful vacation, wonderful house!!

The house was just as pictured and such a lovely place to stay. You cannot beat the location in Belmar - the house was fully stocked in the kitchen, linens and very comfortable beds. It was very clean, cozy and a great size. Truly can’t wait to return to this beachside bliss!

Belmar Rental - November 2024

The check-in process and communication with the property manager worked very well. The property is located close to the water on a nice street. The house was not as updated as we expected. Also, the lighting was very poor for reading and upon signing into the WiFi, a warning popped up that it was not secure which was disconcerting. Overall the house met our needs but we don’t think we would stay there again.

Senior “Girls” Weekend for Four

What a weekend!!! This property had everything a renter could ask for! Heidi has anticipated every need and was easy to communicate with. And the location could not be more ideal. Everything is as advertised (plus) and would definitely recommend it. Hoping to return same time next year.

Belmar Beauty!

What a wonderful place to stay with family. We had a big family wedding to attend in Eatontown but also wanted to be near the beach. This home was perfect for our family of seven. Heidi was very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Belmar. A HUGE thank you to Heidi for sharing her lovely home.
