Beautiful Beach Guest House

This is a quiet neighborhood!
Our cozy, guest house by the sea is located behind our family home where we live full time. Freshly remodeled beach cottage just steps away from the beach, downtown Main Street, and the revamped Belmar Marina.
Come stay as one of first guest on our new property. The cottage features remodeled hardwood floors, large living room, 2 bedrooms, large deck, outdoor shower, and a large soaking claw foot tub in the bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin with a pull out pop up trundle bed. Perfect space for room sharing. Also available is a blow up mattress, pack n play, and high chair to make your stay feel like home. Toys and children books are also available upon request.
Cottage also features a large south facing deck perfect for enjoying your morning tea/coffee or afternoon delight. After your day on the beach come back and take a refreshing outdoor shower. Hungry? Gas grill provided or enjoy one of the many great restaurants in town. 2 beach badges, 2 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs, 2 beach towels provided during your stay. If more are needed contact owner. Our cottage is not suitable to group rentals under 30 years of age.

A sweet spot

This place was perfect for us this long weekend. Sometimes I like a 5star hotel, this isn't that. But this is a 5 star enjoy your family accommodation. We enjoyed our strolls to the beach and to main Street. Coffee and cocktails on the porch were my favorite. Walking the dogs around the lake before bed was perfect. It's small and keeps everyone together. This is just what our family needed.

Lovely location and cottage

I think this posting undersells how AMAZING this location is. You are a few blocks from the beach, but the walk is along the most lovely inlet with fountains and seagrass and pretty houses to look at. If you're bringing kids, there is a very fancy and gorgeous playground on a different block away. you can walk to coffee and donuts downtown. The hosts are easygoing and kind, and since the house is perched above the garage, the porch gets a lovely elevation and breeze, it's a delight to sit there in the mornings and evenings in between beach time. outdoor shower and laundry right beneath the apartment. all around a great place to stay, highly recommend!

Quiet escape

Great location, quiet & peaceful. The porch was great to sit and relax on with a great breeze. Wrangling two teens was a nightmare but there was enough room for all of us. And we could kick them out to go shop in town and leave us alone. Perfect to walk everywhere & we only used a car for part of our stay.

Relaxed at Beach

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had plenty of privacy even though hosts were on same property in front house. Weather was quite hot and the room AC dis a great job. Nice and cool. We biked to beach, LOVED the dog beach!!! Everyone we met was super friendly. We’d do it all again. Outdoor shower was key. Indoor one was small but doable.

A beautiful stay in Belmar

The Apartment is tastefully designed with lots of little touches making it a nice place to hang out when the weather isn't cooperating... we also enjoyed the friendly and helpful welcome - highly recommended for a trip in the area!

Awesome stay

My family had a great time at this property. We had 2 adults, 3 small children and two dogs and we stayed for a week. It was the perfect little home base for exploring the area. We walked to the beach every day (about 10 mins, even with the kids). There was a nice park/playground really close by as well. The place was very clean and the host was friendly and accommodating.

Great spot for this guest house

Enjoyable beach apartment that is 2 block to downtown dining and just a few blocks to the beach. Very friendly host family and very responsive to any and all inquiries. We had a great time in their location.

Such a short walk to a beautiful lake and the beach is a 10min walk. Perfect spot. An amazing coffee and brunch spot 2 blocks away.

plenty of towels, stream tv, kitchen good for one cook (maybe 2). the location is perfectly situated between great restaurants (don't discount Federico's--great food) and a beautiful path around the small lake. two more blocks-you are at the ocean. good long weekend choice

Location, Location, Location!

The location is a beautiful 5 minute walk to the beach as well as being very close to downtown Belmar with great places to eat - our favorite spot was Frederico's Pizzeria. In addition to the nicely remodeled space, they also have a nice fenced in yard which was perfect for our dogs! There is a nice porch to sit, relax and enjoy the summer breeze. The owners even supplied beach towels, beach chairs and bikes for us. Overall, we had a fantastic time and we highly recommend this rental spot!
