Not a single word of english

Room was small, no a/c, washroom was filthy and the equivalent of the communal showers you find at a campsite. Worst of all, the front desk staff made you feel about as unwelcome as possible. They made zero attempt in providing you with any help whatsoever. Seriously, you would do well staying away from this hotel. Consider yourself warned.

Fiquei por 3 dias. A verdade é que não se pode abrir a janela mesmo no 10° andar porque senão a rua parece que está dentro do seu quarto, só se tem sossego com a janela aberta de madrugada, de 01hr às 04hrs30min, depois volta o inferno. O café da manhã muito gostoso, bastante variedades. A porta do quarto é cheia de macetes, fiquei trancada pelo lado de fora depois que sai(de pijama) para dar uma olhadinha na janela do corretor, veio um vento e bateu a porta, como eu não estava com a chave tive que esperar minha namorada que estava trabalhando sem hora pra chegar, não podia ir vagando de pijama procurar alguém para abrir a porta. Antes disso já não consegui abrir a porta pois como disse, ela é cheia de macetes, tinha um macetinho de puxar empurrar, tudo bem, o pior foi a mentira que veio em seguida,um funcionário abriu pra mim e ensinou como era e falou "vou chamar o mecânico", estou esperando esse mecânico até agora, e num ato de muita falsidade pegou no telefone fingiu que ia ligar pra o mecânico e depois falou "ah quer saber, falo com ele lá embaixo, espera que ele já vai subir", tive que ficar à mercê desse falso mecânico, fiquei à toa esperando por quase uma hora, quando me dei conta que era tudo mentira afff Fora essas situações o hotel dá pra quebrar o galho

Ótima localização

O quarto é confortável, tudo limpinho, a equipe foi excelente, pessoas simpáticas, prestativas...o café da manhã tem bastante variedade e a localização não poderia ser melhor, no centro de BH, pertinho da rodoviária. A única coisa que eu mudaria é o banheiro, por ser antigo. Uma reforma cairia bem, apesar de td estar funcionando perfeitamente! Recomendo!

Hotel no centro.

Cheiro de mofo no quarto, principalmente no banheiro. Sem a/c ou qualquer conforto. Como não tem o mínimo de isolamento acústico, se você não tiver um sono pesado, vai dormir muito mal.

Segunda vez que utilizei as dependências do hotel, neste final de semana ou seja nos dias 05 a 07/06, foram dias agradáveis, todos funcionários foram bem atenciosos como e minha mulher.

Ótima localização!

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, ao lado da rodoviária... saímos do aeroporto e pegamos o ônibus expresso até a rodoviária.. em uns 2 minutos de caminhada já estávamos no hotel... O hotel é muito limpo, quarto grande e atendimento muito gentil e prestativo. Recomendo!

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Otima localizaçao no Centro. Cafe da manhã essencial. Quarto sem ar condicionado, mas não senti falta devido o clima. Frigobar não gelava. Cama dura demais me incomodou bastante o sono. Quase tive problemas com a cobrança da diária, sorte q sempre imprimo todas as reservas e levo comigo, dessa forma comprovei o valor reduzido q foi reservado.

O Ambassy é um hotel muito bom. Localizado no centro de BH, está bem próximo da rodoviária. Os quartos são bons mas poderiam ter ar-condicionado. Não tem restaurante mas serve café da manhã.
