Come stay at our clean and spacious home located in a quiet Bemidji neighborhood! 

This is a true home away from home. With 7 beds in total including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 3 twins, there's plenty of space for you and your group! A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, a high chair, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs. High speed wifi powers your devices as well as the 5 smart TV's that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The Office and HBO Max. 

A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons. This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji!

Our guests love the convenience of this rare home as it is 2 miles from downtown Bemidji, 1/2 mile from the Sanford Center, 1/2 mile from boat access to Lake Bemidji, and within easy walking distance to a beautiful park.

Simple Self check-in is provided. An attached 2 car garage is available for use as well as the additional free parking spaces on site.

We could not get the wonderful gas stove in the dining room lit as the handle was missing. Finally my son arrived and he had a tool we could use to get the nozzle on and off. The bedding was plentiful and the beds very comfortable. It was very cozy and everyone enjoyed the pool table in the basement!

We stayed here with our 6 teen/adult children. We absolutely loved it. The house has so much space. All the little details were thought of. The bedrooms each had plenty of spare bedding with great pillows, each room had a fan, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Bathrooms all had lots of toilet paper and soap. We appreciated that there was coffee in the kitchen, as well as paper towel and dish soap. Even the showers had a supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We loved that there was enough seating space in the dining room and living room for everyone. The pool table was a great touch! Communication with the host was incredible and we felt very comfortable. Only downside was the basement shower, very, verysmall and although it was clean, it felt dirty and grimy. Garage parking was a nice bonus. We would come here again in a heart beat.

Great property, great location in Bemidji, great hosts. Jon came at 10 PM to rescue a bunny from the window well, much to to relief of our grandkids. Clean, thoughtful amenities, appears newly painted. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home for big group.

Our large family group enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone and nice backyard to enjoy. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were! The basement shower was quite terrible and is in need of replacement. Outside of house needs some upkeep with rotting windowsills and siding.

Not what we expected

Our extended family was looking to explore northern Minnesota. After reviewing the many VRBO options we selected this location based on the reviews. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, has good access to conveniences. The communication with the owners was good, but there were many other things that fell short. In discussing our concerns with the owners it seemed to have been a perfect storm. It is unfortunate that nothing could have been done to rectify the situation. We don't often travel in a large group that would require us to rent a home of this size.

Hockey weekend

Weekend in Bemidji

The house was very nice. Spacious and the beds were great. Different options. We were there for a basketball tournament. And being 40 +we all were picky about our beds. There was some firm mattress and nice and comfy soft mattress. The appliances worked great. We had a nice meal cooked there as one of the friend was a cook. Great house and awesome renters. Thanks again. Ps we also booked this later in the week and still a nice deal. Better than a hotel. Pool table was a hit!!

Wedding stay

We needed a place to stay with family since our daughter was getting married in Bemidji. This property gave us everything we needed. We needed a place that would allow dogs which accommodated us well. We would consider staying again. Nice big fenced in back yard as well.

A pleasant stay

We were a group of 7 adults. Very nice space for a group. Everything was clean. Two gathering spaces to spread out into. Nits: A slight musty smell when we arrived that dissipated. A little short on plates (just enough for our 7) and utensils. The free standing basement shower drain was slow and it needs a shelf for soap and shampoo. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

7th st property Bemidji MN

Loved the large backyard and allowing pets. The bedrooms were attractive and spacious. Nice decor. Good location in Bemidji for access to our gathering place for reunion. Perfection would have been a dishwasher and less carpeting, but my 18 month old grandson loved the carpet. I probably would have been happy with no dishwasher, but I was the dishwasher. Friendly, immediately responsive hosts.

Son’s Wedding
