Cozy two level home - 2 minutes from beach on private wooded lot.

Private wooded lot near Grant Lake. Sleeps six with option of 8 with owner permission. Large family room for entertaining. Outside patio and deck. Kitchen stocked with everything necessary to cook. Seven miles from downtown Bemidji. Outdoor patio with a grill.

There is a large shop attached used to store construction equipment that will be locked to the VRBO and though we will attempt to not require anything from the shop during your stay, if there is something needed, we will certainly give you a heads up at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.

Lil' Getaway

Stayed for a month. Plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Bathroom is small. No local TV. Air conditioning, ice maker, applicances all work well. Washer and Dryer and extra large capacity. No yard.

The rental was very nice and clean, and the bonus room upstairs was enormous and a great place for playing board games. The place is a quick drive from town. Very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen.

Quiet hideaway in the woods

We enjoyed the peaceful location and being in a wooded area. We knew there was going to be a little drive to get into Bemidji but it didn't take long at all. The place was clean and the beds comfortable. The only thing lacking were comfortable chairs on the lower level (there were just stools). The bug spray was a nice touch--it is northern Minnesota after all.

Beautifuly tucked in the woods. Nice and clean and spacious. It had everything we needed, the upstairs was so cozy. I recommend bringing your own jugs of water as the tap water had a sulfer smell to it, nothing we couldn't handle.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s. I stayed with my dad who is 95 and my brother. We were there to visit with our dads brother who has lived in this area all his life and all their older siblings were raised there also. Access to all the Bemidji area has to offer was easily accessible for us and we enjoyed seeing all our family members who are still in the area. Sawn was easy to communicate with also. Thank you Shawn for a great place to stay.
