Pueblo Evita is a charming closed vacation complex built in a typical Andalusian village style and is located next to Selwo Marina, Paloma Park, and a short walk from the beach.
The complex is very popular for many reasons. It is perfect for family vacations with the pizzeria restaurant "Paradise", 2 large family pools and a supermarket in the same place that specializes in English products.
The complex and apartments have a charming Andalusian village style and the apartment offers an exceptionally spacious dining terrace with southwest orientation and sun until the afternoon. Additionally, it benefits from a variety of restaurants/shops, tennis club, and the best beach (Santa MarĂa) just a step away.

AREA INFORMATION:
The train station for those arriving from the airport is located in the center of the city of Arroyo de la Miel, also very close by car. Those who vacation in BenalmĂĄdena every year will likely repeat bookings in this complex, this specific apartment is particularly interesting since there is no elevator in Pueblo Evita, the apartment benefits from being on the first floor, but with a spectacular panoramic view of the town, the mountain and the sea.

CHECK-IN: We leave a lock, with instructions sent one or two days before arrival. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15 to September 15 - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of âŹ20 if possible.

- The pool calendar or schedules,
- Possible access restrictions (for any reason), which must be respected at all times.
- Evita Town does not have an elevator or access for people with disabilities. No claims will be accepted on this matter.
Evita Town only has street parking, subject to availability.
We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common area cleaning, and security, are not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.
- The air conditioning in this apartment is equipped with an automatic timer as an energy-saving measure.
