Only 80 m from the beach of Benalmádena and Puerto Marina, you will find this cozy vacation home with great private pool and surrounded by restaurants, bars and stores. On a spacious living area of 170 m² are distributed, in addition to the large living room with dining area and kitchen, the 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms over 2 floors. The house is ideal for a vacation with the whole family or friends and is optimally equipped for every season with air conditioning and heating systems. Also just a few kilometers away you can reach the golf course of Torrequebrada and make day trips with the whole family to the amusement park 'Tivoli', the aquarium 'Selwo Marina' and the beautiful parks 'La Paloma' and 'La Batería'.

Overall the house was excellent, ideal for a large group. House was dated but very clean. Lovely pool setting but could be noisy at times from nearby large hotels. Location was excellent as all amenities were within walking distance. Rosa was very helpful. Negatives are as follows; Linen, towels and cleaning should be inclusive. strange paying by cash. Electricity was very expensive {we paid 135 euros for 6 days.}.

Family stay

We booked this property for our large family, 12 of us in total varying in age from 8 to 69. Location of the villa is fabulous , The kitchen was small for the size of the property, it lacked utensils to cook for a large number. No bbq utensils ( I bought some from the shop so we could occasionally cook) The TVs that we’re listed in every room some of the cables were even long enough to plug in. We also got a shock that we had to pay for the electric we used when there and nor have I noticed this on any other villa we have rented which has been a lot over 8 years. The villa was expensive enough and electric should have been included . This obviously made us conscious about having the air con on in august! The wifi didn’t reach to all rooms. The pool lights are switched on using a switch board. The location and size of the villa is brilliant.

Estupenda casa por tamaño y ubicación.

La casa muy bien pero podría ser mucho mejor si cuidaran los detalles, que para una casa de este precio, son importantes. Pequeñas cosas que hacen que no valore la casa como excelente: Una de las bombas de calor no funcionaba, no había mantel para las mesas, faltan paños de cocina, falta de papel higiénico, toallas de poca calidad y limpieza mejorable.
