The apartment is located in the Las Lomas de Benalmar residence, a stone's throw from Avenida de Las Palmeras, transport, shops and the beach. consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200 bed and cupboard, an equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room with convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 additional people, a sunny 10m2 south-facing terrace with a view of the mountains. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. Ultra-fast WiFi, free air conditioning, TV with Chromecast to enjoy your favorite applications and channels are at your disposal.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, induction hobs and everything you need to cook and eat comfortably during your stay.

The community swimming pool is at your disposal during opening hours and periods, with free deckchairs, parasols, and barbecue area.
Parasols are also at your disposal for the beach, we will ask you to kindly return them cleaned in their case at the end of your stay.

Important information:
The town of Benalmadena has many more or less steep streets. Access to the residence is therefore either via one of these sloping streets, or via the stairs inside the residence as in one of the photos in the ad.

Be careful when you are on the terrace, the French window opening onto the terrace does not open from the outside. So be careful not to slide the door all the way closed when you're outside or you'll end up stuck on the balcony. Any intervention to open the window will be the 100% responsibility of the tenant.

Security: motion sensor for alarm and operation of electrical devices, it is strictly forbidden to touch them, disconnect them or/and hide them otherwise the electricity will cut off and no device will operate. Any intervention to put the sensor back into operation will be charged 100% to the tenant.

A travel cot is provided free of charge for families with babies. You are asked to clean it, fold it and store it in the closet after use.
