BenalmĂĄdena is a beautiful coastal town with a multitude of activities to do in the area, and make your vacation unforgettable.
The apartment is located in the Torrequebrada urbanization, in front of Las Yucas beach, a beautiful cove with a modern beach bar, hammocks and showers, which is located between the Casino and the Golf Course. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing vacation near the sea, either to sunbathe or to enjoy sports such as tennis, golf, fishing, snorkeling, etc.
It has everything you need for a family with or without children. Ask for a crib, high chair and mixer for purées if you come with your baby.
The terrace has a small garden with direct access to the pool (open all year round). Air conditioning, satellite TV and garage space.
Updated mattresses. Decreasing prices according to the stay.

Unser Urlaub in Andalusien

Die Wohnung liegt in der NÀhe des Strandes, es ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Es war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und umkompliziert. Wir haben den Pool am Haus tÀglich genutzt.

Volver a casa de los abuelos DesilusiĂłn.

Cerca de la playa es lo unico que pagas desilusion nada mas entrar tanto el mobiliario, ropa de cama ( sabanas remendadas) incluido menaje de cocina todo muy antiguo.por no hablar de los armarios y el baño. No lo recomiendo una pena el peor apartamento que hemos estado.

Super Pool

Die Mietwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vom Balkon zum Pool sind es nur 40 m und die große Liegewiese ist mit vielen kleinen schattenspendenen BĂ€umchen. Das Wasser war Anfang August sehr warm und angenehm, außerdem war es dort selbst zur Hauptzeit nicht zu voll. Unsere Kinder waren teils bis 23 Uhr im Pool. Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung gern wieder buchen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Sonia. :-)

Wintervakantie Benalmadena

Uitstekend uitgerust appartement, dat in de winter uitstekend te verwarmen is. Het appartement heeft een kleine tuin met een uitloop naar een groot grasveld met een zwembad. Langs het appartementen complex loopt een drukke verkeersweg. Er kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een parkeergarage onder het complex. Het is een mooie uitvalbasis om steden als Malaga en Ronda te bezoeken. Verder ligt het dichtbij Marbella en Torremelinos, die makkelijk met de bus zijn te bereiken.

Nice apartment with all that’s needed to self cater, large shop about 15-20 mins away, beach across the road, in October no one else used the communal pool or garden, so like having a private pool! Fantastic!! Sonia was very helpfu,l quickly answering any questions I had about the apartment or local attractions. Highly recommended 😁

A Dream Vacation

We could not have been happier with our choice of property and location. Sonia was there to greet us and show us the apartment, the grounds and the parking garage. Lovely relaxing holiday!

Great property, ground floor was a bonus as was the easy access to the pool. (3 kids who love swimming) Beach opposite road was lovely, not too busy so a nice peaceful time. On the bus route to the Marina and Sonia was very helpful with her directions and prepared map. Could do with proper full length loungers for the poolside but other than that a truly delightful holiday! Thankyou

Amazing holiday !!!

From the minute we booked until the minute we left for the airport Sonia was a fantastic hostess. The apartment is beautiful and set in the most amazing gardens. The location is fantastic not too busy but only a short bus ride to the all the normal holiday hussle and bussle with the bus stop only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. As most reviews before the apartment is indeed in need of modernisation. That said everything is there. AC in all rooms , cooking facilities. TV has some English programmes. Outside we have swimming pool only about 20mts from the door, between 9am - 11 pm ( not heated) but warms up during the lovely weather. Outside gardens are the best in the area and kept by a gardener daily. Views of the bay from the swimming area are great too. Buses outside only 1.55euros each to marina and regular Overall a great time and relaxing too had. Thank you Sonia

Little Gem ...

Right from booking this place in advance; up until I left, there were no issues. My host (Sonia) met me at the train station which is about 25 mins from the airport (and much cheaper than using taxi, only €2.70) , and then got off at Torremuelle train station, about 12-15 to apartment, by car. At the apartment I was shown around and given the opportunity to ask any questions. Everything is there for your use. Yes, the place is a little tired and could do with a bit of brightening up, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying myself. It is a nice quiet area also, and if you want the busyness, then you can walk, walk, and walk some more. Equally, the bus stops are just a few metres away. They are regular, on time, clean and cheap, and have good connections to metro and trains. The gardens, along with the outdoor pools are pretty and well maintained every day and the view across the road is to die for ... beautiful! There’s also a small patio area, which leads off the main bedroom. It’s tucked away allowing you lots of privacy. So whether you stay in for a day and go out early evening when it’s slightly cooler, the choice is there. Sonia also can give suggestions of places to visit and there’s a huge pile of maps, leaflets and brochures for ideas. ... just a quick reminder to bring a few plug adapters with you for your electrics, mobile devices, straighteners and so on, Sonia is not far away if you need her, but she does not interfere with your stay ... in fact, Sonia contacted me, as she hadn’t heard from me for over a week haha! I would definitely book this apartment again. Thank you Sonia. Lorraine 💐😘

Lovely holiday

We had a great family holiday in this apartment. The kids were straight in the pool as soon as we arrived and spent the time running in and out to the pool and around the gardens. It is in a good location with a couple of supermarkets in walking distance and the beach just over the road. Only a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport and on the bus route so easy to get around. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and Sonia gave us a very warm welcome.

A really lovely months stay

This appartment is in a really nice location. The grounds are pretty and right on the seafront. The appartment is a bit tired and heavily furnished. The patio and little private garden were a little oasis and really made all the difference to our stay. It was very good value for money.
