The living room is very comfortably furnished. There is wi-fi installed in the property and guests have use of an international TV box. There is under floor heating in the lounge and master bathroom, and all rooms have hot-cold air conditioning. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has an American style fridge/freezer with drinks dispenser and a utility room with a washer-dryer.
From the living room the patio doors lead on to the large covered terrace set with rattan style chairs. From the kitchen, patio doors lead on to a terrace with a wrought iron exterior dining table and chairs. There are sufficient chairs and tables to comfortably seat 15 people.
Steps lead down from the terrace to the patio area around the pool which enjoys all day sun. There is a built-in barbeque. The pool is 12 x 4 meters with Roman steps and there is the option to heat it by paying an additional charge of 200 euros per week. There are 12 sun beds around the pool.
The nearest shops are a 4 minute drive away uphill, and the beach is also 5 minutes drive downhill.
