The Space:

Snow settles quietly among the pines as you arrive, and the warmth of the indoors takes over the moment you step inside. Tall, wood-accented ceilings and expansive windows open the space around you, while the soft glow of a gas fireplace sets the tone for unhurried time together. After winter days spent exploring Sunriver and beyond, you return to deep seating, lively gathering spaces, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind.



Living & gathering spaces

This 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home spans approximately 6,000 square feet and is thoughtfully laid out for large groups. Three distinct living areas allow everyone to spread out without feeling disconnected. The Great Room brings together the main living area, dining space, and recreation zone, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Woodlands Golf Course. Here, evenings naturally gather around the fireplace, bar area, and game tables. Additional living spaces offer quieter corners for movies, conversation, or relaxed downtime.



Entertainment & indoor fun

Designed with colder months in mind, the home offers multiple Smart TVs and a dedicated game setup including a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, a PGA golf arcade game, and card tables. Whether it’s a friendly tournament or a laid-back night in, there’s no shortage of ways to stay entertained indoors.



Kitchen & dining

At the center of the home is a spacious kitchen with two islands, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space for group meals. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 14+, making it well suited for long winter dinners, shared breakfasts, or working meals during a corporate retreat. A full bar area adds another natural gathering point.



Sleeping arrangements

Sleeping spaces are well distributed for comfort and privacy. Six master bedroom suites each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The seventh bedroom is a bunk room with three twin bunk beds, offering six twin beds total - ideal for group or family sleeping arrangements.



Outdoor features

A large deck overlooks the golf course and includes a private hot tub available year-round, especially inviting on crisp winter nights. A gas BBQ and outdoor seating are also available when conditions allow.



Extras & access

Guests have access to bikes for Sunriver’s paved paths when weather permits, a large garage, and parking for up to seven vehicles including the garage. Sixteen SHARC passes are provided for access to Sunriver’s aquatic and recreation facilities. A shared pool is available year-round. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. Please note, this is a no pet home.



Neighborhood

Located in Sunriver, Oregon, the home offers convenient access to winter recreation, regional dining, and year-round attractions. Mt Bachelor and Bend are a short drive away, making this an ideal base for seasonal adventures or a quiet group retreat surrounded by Central Oregon scenery.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.



Our properties are located in Sunriver resort proper and all homes offer SHARC passes for the water park, tennis/pickleball courts, and boat launch. We also offer bikes for the over 35+ miles of paved paths, and our homes feature amazing amenities. We're happy to advise on fun Things to Do in the region too, like river floats, white water rafting, or horseback rides!





Please Note:

The Sunriver golf courses have become private courses as of the 2025 season and are no longer available to the public. Additional membership options are available if guests choose to contact the courses directly and we are happy to provide contact information by request.

All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Enjoy SHARC passes (open year round) with every home for the local aquatics and recreation center, 20+ tennis/pickleball courts, and disc golf. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Getting Around:

Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and made up of 11 roundabouts, or "Circles". Fairway Lodge is located between Circles 6 and 7 in Sunriver, and overlooks Woodlands Golf Course. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro offers free downloadable community maps by request and included in guest check-in details.



Sunriver has over 35 miles of paved paths for walking and bikes to the SHARC, The Village, Marina (boat lauch), and The Lodge.

Interaction with Guests:

Please note, all guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement.



Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
