Tucked away in the trees between the Nature Center and Observatory and Fort Rock Park, this stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom air-conditioned home has everything you need for the ultimate Sunriver getaway.
On the main level you'll find an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, large living area with smart tv and gas fireplace, and the dining room. A king ensuite with bathroom and laundry room round out this level.
Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, all with their own baths, including a second king suite with attached bath and sleeper sofa, a queen bedroom, and bedroom with a queen and pyramid bunk. There's also a nice open loft area with sofa. All four bedrooms include smart TVs.
The large deck with gas BBQ serves at the perfect spot to gather and soak up the Sunriver sun or relax in the hot tub. This home sits on almost half an acre very close to the Deschutes River and just a 15 minute walk to Cardinal Bridge...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We had a great stay at Aspen 17. The home was spacious, and the hot tub, garage, with pool table, ping pong and two upright video games were great for the kids, The Sharc passes were a huge plus. This home was adequately supplied in the large kitchen, The appliances worked well. The beds were fine with the exception of a plastic sheet and box spring on the queen bed upstairs. The hot tub was clean and hot. The two dogs enjoyed the yard, and fenced deck. The kids loved the bunk rm with a queen bed. The large king rm with a full hideabed was great! We enjoyed using the stack and the furniture on the decks! Very pleasant house and amenities. Thank you !

Extended Family Christmas Trip
The property was exactly as pictured. It was spacious, with plenty of room for 11 of us. Although we didn't use the hot tub, it would have been fun if we'd had more time. Our family spent a day snow boarding at Mt. Batchelor and the location of the property made it an easy commute up and back. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and worked great for a family Christmas meal as well as general cooking during our stay. The Sunriver resort was decorated beautifully and we enjoyed exploring the village. I look forward to visiting in the summer when we can actually utilize the bikes. Although it froze during our stay, the property owner kept ice melt conveniently on the property and it was greatly appreciated.

Nice Family Christmas Getaway
The home was very comfortable, easy, and enjoyable for all age groups. The pool table and video games in the garage were fun! Would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in baths and the downstairs shower is handheld only, needs to have some kind of a mount on wall. We were very pleased with the gift card for our military member, thank you! We hope to stay again!

Nice staycation
We were able to host a small gathering of close family and friends for my child’s first birthday and have out of town family stay at the property for the duration of their visit as well. Good location, nice open house with good bedrooms that were not crammed full of extra beds.
