I have never had the VIP acess so I actually was unaware of my perks until one of the staff members mentioned it. It would be nice if all of them did that, and I really appreciated the one who did. The staff overall was excellent. I felt I could interact and ask for what I needed without feeling like an inconvenience, and they were flexible and kind with a slightly late checkout. The hot tub is very fun, and they have healthy snacks at the front . The lobby is a nice hangout place to meet other visitors and check email, drink coffee, etc. A nice and pleasant staff makes a lot of difference in a hotel and they are accomodating here. I enjoyed the stay. The difference between an average hotel and a good one is the customer service. Bed was also very comfy and roomy, and it was a small jaunt from the room to the pool.

Awesome Hotel
Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsFor the price, it is hard to beat the Campfire Hotel in Bend. Walking distance to downtown. Year-round outdoor pool and hot tub. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great customer service.
