The space
Welcome to our newly remodeled, modern, and cozy Sunriver retreat. Families, couples, and solo travelers alike will enjoy the thoughtfully designed layout and inviting spaces.

The open kitchen, filled with natural light, features ample storage, essential supplies, and many brand-new appliances for a hassle-free stay. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee or preparing a family meal, it is the perfect place to gather.

The dining area features a comfortable table with seating for four, perfect for shared meals. Just beside it, the kitchen offers two additional bar stools, creating a casual spot for morning coffee, quick bites, or extra seating when needed.

The living room is warm and welcoming, with a plush sofa, two accent chairs, a charming wood-burning stove, and a smart TV ready for your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and Hulu. To make evenings more fun, we've stocked the space with a selection of classic board games for all ages, inviting you to gather around, share laughter, and relive the joy of family game night.

Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, serene décor, and smart TVs—ideal retreats after a day of adventure. The upstairs bedroom includes a private connected bathroom and an accordion door for added exclusivity, while the main-level bedroom is paired with its own bath featuring a standing shower, washer, and dryer.

Above the living room, the loft area provides a playful nook featuring a twin trundle bed—perfect for kids to enjoy their own cozy corner.

Step outside to enjoy two spacious patios, complete with a barbecue grill and all the essential tools for easy outdoor cooking. After a delicious meal, unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Keep an eye out—you might even spot a deer or two strolling by!

Our chalet offers the convenience of being just a quick walk or bike ride from the Sunriver Village, where you'll find shops, dining, and activities for all ages. Walk to breakfast at Cafe Sintra, grab pizza at The Fold, enjoy ice cream at Goody’s, or slip away for a romantic evening at South Bend Bistro. Kids will love the Sunriver Train, while adults can sip coffee or browse unique shops.

To help you make the most of Sunriver, we provide bicycles so you can easily cruise the scenic paths around town. Enjoy family fun with included SHARC passes for pools, water slides, and recreation. Stay active in the on-site gym, or simply relax in the chalet's comfortable living spaces.

Enjoy easy single-car parking and keyless entry to the home with an electronic keypad.
Other things to note
Please note this home comfortably sleeps 4. The loft offers a twin bed with a trundle bed pull out (to sleep 6 total). The stairs to the loft are quite steep and not recommended for small children and the elderly. A fence is provided to block access if toddlers or babies are staying.

This home, along with many homes in Sunriver, does not have air conditioning. During the day, it is recommended to close all the windows and shades on the sunny side of the home. In the evening, opening the windows significantly cools down the home. Box fans are provided in each room to blow in the cool mountain air.
