Perfect for a family trip to Sunriver, this retreat has everything you'll need for a stay at this popular Central Oregon destination - a warm design, convenient amenities, and six SHARC passes!

A walkable distance from the Village at Sunriver, this home is also less than 20 miles from Bend and about the same distance from great winter skiing at Mt. Bachelor.

Enjoy an abundance of natural light during the day and stay warm in the evening with a wood-burning fireplace and a 42-inch flatscreen TV in the cozy living room. You'll even have surround-sound for engaging family movie nights.

The kitchen has all of the major appliances and supplies to make family meals easy. After a day on the slopes at Mt. Bachelor, come back to whip up a hearty soup or stew. And if you need a recipe, just use the WiFi to find out how to make the perfect lasagna.

Out on the deck, there's a table and chairs for lazy, sunny afternoons, as well as a gas grill for barbecues. After golfing or exploring the Sunriver trails, settle in with a glass of wine or beer, enjoy the fresh mountain air, and flip some burgers on the grill. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, cable TV, and an ironing board.

During your stay, you can walk or bike miles of paved trails, pick from tone of the many public golf courses in the area, or stay close to home and kick back on the deck. Sunriver also offers horse stables and activities at SHARC (six passes are provided) that include pools, water slides, a lazy river, and hot tubs.

Nearby Bend is home to shops, eateries, and breweries, and charming Sisters (about 38 miles away) offers a slice of western-style hospitality for a fun day trip. In winter, you can easily hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor and then return home for dinner at Sunriver Brewing Company in the Village.

Whether you're planning a family getaway or a trip with friends, this laid-back home at Sunriver makes a great Central Oregon home base.

Filthy house, unbearably hot

This house was filthy upon arrival, the carpet was visible not vacuumed. There was 5 large pieces of bacon all over the floor in the living room along with other large pieces of food. The house was 91 degrees inside with no air conditioning and 3 crappy fans and it would not cool off at night to be anywhere near comfortable. We were all miserable the entire trip. There was barely any bath towels and the larger shower would saturate the bathroom floor with water. Beds were grossly soft, and there was no protective cover on the master mattress which was horrifying and completely unhygienic. The only positive of this house was location as there is a quick 0.2 mile bike to the village. Overall, I would NEVER stay there again, and would 10/10 NOT recommend anyone staying there it was filthy and unbearably hot.

This property was perfect for my husband and I, but would also be great for a small family as it has a very nice extra bedroom. There is great outdoor furniture for the warmer season and a fireplace and wood for the cold season. The kitchen was small but very functional. There weren't a lot of spices and such, but there were some staples. We were EXTRA happy that they had 6 ice trays as we go through a lot of ice! All of the appliances were in excellent condition & easy to use. There's a great washer & dryer plus some games for both adults & kids. The baths had new toilets, showers/tub & sinks, but had delightfully rustic mirrors, "medicine cabinets" & towel racks.(1970s era) All were in fantastic shape & everything was very clean! Lots of storage for those needing a longer stay. The bed was very comfortable & we found extra blankets throughout. The only thing lacking was good instructions on how to work the tv/remotes & a channel guide. The tv was awesome though. The other thing we enjoyed was 4 Seasons Bike Rental. They fit you to the perfect bike & even have kids bikes & trailers. This was very comfortable & relaxing which we loved!

Not quite up to snuff

Property was not as clean as I expected. Almost everything was dusty, no bag in kitchen trash can, both entry deck and side deck were very dirty, small sticky spot on guest bedroom comforter, several dead moths, some trash outside, dirty towel on bathroom door hook to master bath and recycle bin was full. But to Vacasa's credit they did refund half of the cleaning fee. Otherwise the unit worked well for us. Very short walk into the village, easy walk to the Sharq Center and easy access to Highway 97. Only noise was from an occasional train. Would like bikes to be available. Be aware that there isn't any a/c, so might be kind of warm on hot summer days.

New siding, new windows, maybe the most equipped home from a utensils standpoint we have had in 20+ years of Sunriver visits. So wonderfully close to the Village. Wonderful time. Would stay there again.

Decent little house; but no AC

Great little house, other than the electronic key lock was broken so I had to call for the key box code. The house has no AC and was 80 degrees when I checked in. Also, there was an electrical box (maybe the doorbell?) that was buzzing and seemed broken, and there was no bulb in the master bedroom light (but the lamp worked fine). It was fine for what I needed it for - but will look for something with air conditioning next time.

Won’t Be Back

CONS: This pet friendly house smelled like urine. Our feet were nearly black from walking barefoot on the carpet. The couches are dirty and old, as evidenced by the tiny bits of fabric flaking off. The main door is broken and difficult to keep closed, making safety an issue. Plus, we were provided with only one house key. The house is located 50 yards from the train tracks and the train runs all day long and every single night from 230-330am. Sleeping through the night was impossible due to the noise. The house has no AC so we had to leave the windows open at night to get the house cooled down for the next day. The bed sheets are worn and scratchy. My 8 year old refused to sleep with the sheets because they scratched her too much. PROS: Easy walk or ride to the village. 6 SHARC passes (although it’s closed Tuesday and Wednesday’s). Quiet neighborhood with safe roads for my 5 & 8 year olds to ride their bikes independently.

Perfect peaceful cabin at Sunriver.

Sweet cabin, perfectly sized for the 3 of us. Just a brief hiccup with door code but called the provided number and immediate response. Hiccup resolved. Appreciated the location - next to Sunriver village. Quiet. Sweet deck.

Love the leather reclining couches, kitchen and dining areas. Great outdoor views from all sides, quiet and peaceful. Feels like home. Need to get a pie plate otherwise the kitchen has everything you need to make home cooked meals.

The good: Great location Clean Dog friendly Perfect for our 3 adult travelers and four legged friend Could do better: The property manager was not responsive. We called twice about fire starting material. There was fire wood, but no fire starting material- no matches, no kindling, no paper. We ventured out into the storm and now the house is well supplied. If the house has a fireplace it should be supplied! Also, this home is near the rail road tracks.
