Boasted having a kitchenette, but absolutely no utensils provided. Walls were paper thin - children screaming 1st night, TV next door on til midnight in the room next door the 2nd night. Also, "room service" implies something completely different than what you provide. Basically, similarly to your promise of a "kitchenette", it was a lie. But the place was clean, perhaps its only redeeming attribute.

Area was nice and quiet.. My Fur Grandbaby was welcomed that was a + and plenty of walking area for them outside .. my only 2 complaints floors could definitely use some mopping, spilled some water and dried it up with a white towel and floors definitely could use more mopping/cleaning.. and TV definitely not up to date.. as far as accessing Netflix or tv apps, we got there and just wanted to relax after driving 7 hours and watch a good show😞😊. Other than floors our room was nice and clean, had a mini kitchen set up too. Beds and pillows were comfortable too

The room was cozy, clean and the staff was very friendly.The room had a full size coffee pot, 2 stovetop burners to cook on (bring your own utensils and pans), a microwave and a full size fridge with an ice machine in the freezer. The location was excellent especially if you are going to be attending an event at the amphitheater , it is approx a half mile walk to it . Definitely will be staying there again the next concert i attend .

In walking distance of Hayden Homes Amphitheater and restaurants at the Old Mill district. Clean room. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our top/4th floor room. Easy free parking. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs. But the bed was very hard and not comfortable.

I appreciated the property is pet friendly. And I know alot of pet owners do not pick up after their pets. The rock flower bed on the side of the hotel had quite a bit of dog feces laying around.
