This wonderfully appointed lodge-style home offers 1,750 square feet of living space and delightful outdoor decks on two levels. Its three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms comfortably accommodate eight guests.

The vaulted entryway leads into the open great room with cedar cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, and wall-to-wall windows affording stunning views of serene nature. Curl up in a comfy chair by the fire to unwind here after a day of skiing, kayaking, or biking.

The great room opens to the spacious dining room and kitchen, complete with a dining table with leaf that seats eight comfortably. The large and well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops. You’ll find the cabinets fully stocked with all the cookery and utensils you need, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner. 

From the great room, step outside to relax with a favorite book on one of the Adirondack chairs on the upper deck, where you can also enjoy year-round grilling under cover and al fresco dining around a teak-wood table for six. Descend the back stairs to the large lower deck to relax on the chaise lounges in the shade of the ponderosa pines. 

Downstairs you’ll find sleeping arrangements for up to four adults and four kids, or alternatively six adults. There's a master bedroom suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed and library, and a third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk, with an additional trundle twin bed and a media center. There are two full bath rooms downstairs, and a half bath upstairs. Cherry floors extend throughout the upper level, and slate floors in the entry and lower level.

The home is loaded with conveniences to make your vacation enjoyable: air conditioning, mesh wi-fi, two large-screen TVs, two Apple TVs, 80 channels of live TV, hi-fi stereo with smart-device connection, Wii game console with library of games, A/C, Weber grill, eight bicycles, four sleds, and a ping-pong table.

Chalet Sarlat is conveniently located at 10 Red Cedar Lane, on a quiet cul-de-sac in the center of Sunriver, close to the Woodlands Golf Course, the North Tennis Courts, and the North Pool. The SHARC pool complex is an easy 15-minute bike ride. The home includes six unlimited SHARC passes – a savings of $25/day/person off the summer public rate.
